Our Philosophy
Grit City Ciderworks was born from a simple belief: that cider deserves the same reverence as wine, the same community as beer, and the same passion as craft coffee. Located on Martin Luther King Jr Way, we've created a space where tradition meets innovation.
Every batch is small-scale, every apple is chosen with intention, and every pour tells a story of Pacific Northwest terroir. We source locally whenever possible, support regional orchards, and never compromise on quality.
